The brief
The retailer's ageing platform had 4.8s load times and a 74% mobile bounce rate — costing them an estimated £2.3M annually in lost conversions.

What we did
M3CA conducted full UX research with real user sessions, then rebuilt the platform mobile-first with React. We cut load times to under 1.2 seconds, redesigned every conversion funnel, integrated real-time analytics dashboards, and implemented frictionless Stripe checkout with one-click reorder.
