The brief
A FTSE 100 firm needed a flagship leadership summit that unified 2,400 senior employees across London, Singapore, and New York — with identical production quality and energy in every room, simultaneously.

What we did
M3CA produced a fully synchronised tri-city event with bespoke set builds in each location, a unified visual identity, and a live broadcast backbone connecting all three stages in real time. Keynote speakers were coached over two weeks for camera-ready performance. A custom delegate app tracked sessions, facilitated networking, and delivered post-event analytics.
