Alfred the Sheep: animated series greenlit for broadcast distribution

Echoes of Heritage Ltd had developed the concept for 'Alfred the Sheep' — a charming 2D animated children's series rooted in British rural heritage — but lacked the animation production infrastructure, voice talent direction experience, and broadcast relationships needed to take it from script to screen.

M3CA took Alfred from character concept to broadcast-ready series across 6 episodes. Our animation team developed a warm, hand-drawn visual style inspired by classic British countryside illustration, created full character and background asset libraries, and built a 2D pipeline in TVPaint and After Effects. M3CA directed voice recording sessions with professional voice talent, composed an original orchestral folk-inspired score, and delivered broadcast-grade masters at HD and 4K. M3CA's distribution team pitched to three children's broadcasters and two streaming platforms simultaneously, resulting in a licensing agreement secured within 8 weeks of delivery.
