Termination by M3CA Studio: We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these terms and conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

13. Force Majeure

M3CA Studio shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, labor disputes, and governmental actions.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
